The big picture: this week's announcements came via platforms in Singapore, Hong Kong and El Salvador, one of them involving a fund managed by US firm Fidelity Investments. All three are limited to eligible investors; the terms differ.
1. DigiFT says it has listed tokenized access to a Fidelity Treasury money market fund (Oct 6, 2026)
DigiFT, a Singapore exchange licensed by the Monetary Authority of Singapore, says it has launched tokenized access to interests in a US Treasury money market fund managed by Fidelity Investments, for institutional and accredited investors who meet its eligibility rules. The release quotes Fidelity's head of digital asset management. It does not name the fund or the blockchain. DigiFT release, Media OutReach wire (Zawya), Oct 6, 2026. We could not find a copy on DigiFT's own site; the wire carries DigiFT's text.
2. OSL to tokenize 2WA's USDGO Plus SP fund (Oct 8, 2026)
OSL Group (HKEX: 863) says it has been engaged to tokenize PrimePlus SPC – USDGO Plus SP, a market-neutral fund from 2WA built on the USDGO stablecoin. OSL will also hold custody and distribute the tokenized units through its OSL HK app. The fund is a segregated portfolio of a Cayman Islands company and is offered only to eligible professional investors in Hong Kong. OSL newsroom, Oct 8, 2026.
3. Bitfinex Securities opens subscriptions for two CMCC Global fund tokens (Oct 12, 2026)
Bitfinex Securities says it has opened subscriptions to eligible investors for tokens linked to two funds managed by CMCC Global, Crest Fund and the Liberty Bitcoin Accumulation Fund, issued under El Salvador's digital asset framework and minted with Tether's Hadron platform. Subscriptions run until Oct 29, 2026, with secondary trading on the platform planned afterwards. Why it's here: the tokens represent interests in regulated fund structures, which is a tokenization story. The Bitcoin fund's underlying asset is a crypto asset, so it would not count as a real-world asset under our board definition.
