Access and liquidity: the promise and where it stands
The case for tokenising alternative assets is that loans, property and private funds, which have mostly been open only to large institutions, can become available to more people in smaller amounts and can be traded at any hour. The products on this page show how far that has got.
Access is often still restricted. Several of these tokens are sold only to non-US professional investors, with a 500,000 USDC minimum. Others are open to more buyers but exclude the United States and other listed jurisdictions. A token on a public blockchain does not make the asset open to everyone.
Liquidity mostly comes from the issuer, not from a market. Most holders exit by redeeming with the issuer, on its schedule: daily for some, quarterly for one, with a queue or capacity limits for others. Few issuers name a secondary venue, and a listed venue does not mean deep trading.
The assets sit off-chain. The loans and fund shares are held and valued by the issuer or its managers. We read token supply and value per token on-chain; we cannot see a missed payment until the issuer marks it down.
Where an issuer does not state a term in its own documents, we show "not disclosed". We do not fill gaps from third-party sites.
Method and sources
Values are the board's own: token supply read on-chain × the issuer's value per token (vault convertToAssets or the issuer's NAV feed). The segment total is the sum of the tagged products and is part of the headline board total, because these are real-world assets; tokenised stocks and crypto-strategy funds remain outside it. Tagging a product as an alternative changes no value. Access fields come only from issuer documents, term sheets and issuer help pages, read on the date shown on each card; 42 of 60 fields are stated by issuers and 18 are not disclosed. Closed products are excluded. Values are point-in-time, not performance. Information only, not investment advice. Full rules: methodology.
A token whose value comes from an alternative asset held off-chain, such as private credit, real estate, private fund shares or collectibles. Today the board's alternatives are all private credit.
How big is the segment?
$3.12B across 10 products, 13.4% of the board total, as of Nov 4, 2026, 03:26 UTC.
Can anyone buy these tokens?
Not always. Some are limited to non-US professional investors with a 500,000 USDC minimum; others exclude listed jurisdictions. Each card above shows what the issuer states.
How often does it update?
Values update with each RWAWeekly data run, usually daily. Access fields are re-read from issuer documents and dated on each card.
