Sponsorship Policy
RWAWeekly and RWAWeekly are funded in part by sponsors. This page explains how sponsorship works.
- Always labelled. Sponsored content carries the label "Sponsored Advertising Content" and the sponsor's name, and it is kept separate from editorial content.
- No influence on data or editorial. Sponsors cannot change our data, rankings, methodology or coverage, and they do not see editorial content before publication. We never change data or rankings because someone paid us.
- Edited by us. We edit sponsor copy for clarity and to meet our standards. It may not promise or project returns or yields, or tell readers to buy, sell or hold anything.
- Vetting. We review every sponsor before accepting them. Crypto and tokenized-asset sponsors are checked for legitimacy, regulatory standing and any known scams or exploits, including against the ESMA MiCA register of non-compliant entities where relevant.
- Paid by an issuer of securities. If a sponsor is an issuer, underwriter or dealer and the content describes a security, we state that we were paid and how much.
- Other connections. We disclose any affiliate, referral or other material connection next to the content it relates to.
- The right to decline. We may refuse or withdraw any sponsorship.
- Not an endorsement. Sponsorship does not mean we endorse the sponsor or its products.

Information only. Not financial, investment, tax or legal advice. Eligibility varies by jurisdiction. Many tokenized products are securities restricted to qualified investors. In the US, this generally means accredited investors / qualified purchasers, as applicable. Nothing here is an offer or solicitation to buy or sell any product.
